DroneFlightLog provides a free online platform for drone pilots to:

  • Log and track drone flights
  • Store drone and equipment information
  • Upload and manage flight log files
  • Access weather and location data
  • Check NOTAMs (when available)
  • Maintain comprehensive flight records

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 16 years old to use this Service. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

  • You must provide accurate flight information in your logs
  • You are responsible for verifying all automatically populated data (weather, location, etc.)
  • We are not liable for inaccurate automated data

4.3 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Upload malicious files or viruses
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use automated tools to access the Service without permission
  • Impersonate others or provide false information
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Data and Content

  • All Service design, text, graphics, logos, and software are owned by DroneFlightLog
  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission

  • OpenWeatherMap: Weather data provider
  • Other aviation data providers (as added)

These services have their own terms and conditions. We are not responsible for third-party service availability, accuracy, or terms.

7. Service Availability

  • We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications at any time

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DroneFlightLog, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any laws or regulations
  • Your drone operation activities
  • Any content you upload or submit

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in compliance with GDPR.

12. Account Termination

  • Logos, trademarks, and branding
  • Documentation and help materials

remain the exclusive property of DroneFlightLog.
